We have had the most wonderful experience working with Jayne from The Snoozing Bub to improve the sleep for our then 10wk old daughter. Jayne completed a thorough assessment of our challenges and current practices and helped us implement a number of different strategies to establish the foundations for a good little sleep routine after just 2 weeks. Day naps in the bassinet and the dummy falling out were our main concerns. Jayne has a wonderful style of educating, guiding and directing and really took the time to help us fine tune her sleep. We hope we won’t need her help so soon again- but will certainly revert back to Jayne should we have new sleep challenges in the future.

Thank you sooo much Jayne for helping us with Valle and his sleep. We were in the cycle of feeding to sleep, co sleeping and no routine for our third bub. It was soo good to be reminded of actually taking time and being more aware of his awake windows, and cutting out some sleep associations (feeding to sleep). As he is the third bub I needed more time to attend to the other toddlers as a busy family, you really helped us provide more structure and more routine that was really flexible to suit our family. You were so patient with us as a lot of times we went a bit rouge as it was hard to try fit into an exact “schedule” for Valle but you provided so many alternatives and options it wasn’t too hard to adjust. Loved how supportive and caring you were doing daily check-ins and advice when things went a bit “pear shaped” we have never done any sleep training, and have always been skeptical but this was really suited and fitted to our family. We are now sleeping through the night, no feeding to sleep, own cot, own room. The lunch nap we need to work on but getting there. Thanks again soooo much Jayne

Jayne seriously saved us! We were having 6-8 wakes a night, some lasting up to 2 hours and constant cat napping during the day. I was at breaking point and knew this couldn’t continue! On the first night since starting with Jayne she only woke once!! She now sleeps in her cot for her day naps and we are getting 2 hr naps at lunch! I cannot thank Jayne enough for her help! She put us on a routine and we are all thriving! Her constant support and help were so reassuring and I couldn’t recommend her enough! I wish we started sooner!

My 12-month-old daughter had never been a good sleeper, and she was still waking frequently overnight and was extremely difficult to settle. Her day naps were no better - she would always fight these and the only way I could get her to nap was to take super long walks in the pram or feed her to sleep, and she would often only sleep for 30–40 minutes before waking again!
I was completely exhausted and almost at my wit’s end, so I decided to take the plunge and try sleep training. I initially thought it would involve hours of listening to a screaming baby, but from the initial 15-minute chat, Jayne set my mind at ease by explaining some gentle methods to me.
Jayne guided us through making some tweaks to my daughter’s day routine, working on more consistent settling techniques, and giving her more opportunities to self-settle. She respected our parenting style and we were able to move through our sleep plan at our own pace.
After just one week my daughter became much easier to settle and actually started taking naps longer than one hour (which was unheard of for her!). By the end of our plan, she was sleeping through the night and I felt so much more confident in handling minor sleep setbacks without reverting back to old sleep associations.
Jayne was a pleasure to work with and was there to support us every step of the way. I would highly recommend her. If you are having sleep troubles don’t wait hoping it will get better - take action today!

Before we began our sleep program with Jayne, my 8 month old daughter was waking consistently overnight, sometimes every 40 minutes. Our family was a mess. No one was sleeping, my poor husband slept out on the couch and we just ended up bringing our daughter in bed so we could sleep.
